Are there fish in the creek? If not, where is the closest place to fish?

Yes, there are fish in the creek - mostly brook trout. The CDA River, about 8 or 9 miles away (close to the I-90 exit), also offers good fishing. There are also various lakes around that you can either hike or drive to within an hour.

There may be a few broom trout farther up....the stretch between Kingston and Cataldo has some shore fishing spots ...good for cutthroat and rainbows.oops.....meant Brook trout

I have seen people fish along the creek. Not sure they caught any. I believe you can fish along the Coeur d'alene river in Cataldo.
