Lighthouse is on the mainland,so I guess so. Took a ferry to the island, I am not sure about that.
You can't climb the light house after September. You can walk near it and surrounding shore area. This light house is on the main land. Islands are open around the year. You can't take your vehicles to islands on holidays, Saturdays and Sundays. There is ferry every hour to Putin bay island and Kelly's island.
It's accessible year round and it's not on an island.
