Monthly rate can't be all that much. I don't have anything to do with it. I live in town. There's nothing fancy about it. Sorry I can't answer your questions. I do now you will have a beautiful view of the ocean,bay and Westport. The beach is right there for your walks or morning coffee. There is plenty of room for your coach
