Not necessarily, most of it is blocked off by fencing for public safety but you may be able to gain access through boat launch or marina docks. Always check with tom mail at the r.v office to be sure. Other than that the whole beach is open for crabbing with pots or pole gear.😁
Not sure about marina, but I have seen people crab off the beach with rod and birds nest rig. I've always crabbed out at Westport and just surf fish at Ocean shores.
