Overall, great place to visit! The ocean side double queen room was cozy with a beautiful view of the ocean. Emily's had friendly customer service and plenty of food options. Staff was very accommodating in providing extra towels as needed. The basic massage package was relaxing and worth the price.

Awesome!! We ate at Emily's and I can't say enough great things about the service, the staff, the food and the view! The restaurant is wonderfully laid out with soothing colors and comfortable seating all that gives everyone a wonderful view of the ocean. The staff from meeting the hosts at the front desk and having them seat us to the amazing waiter that was attentive, personable, kind, patient, funny and extremely accommodating. The food though was Amazing. The portions were perfect, the taste and texture was absolutely spot on, best I've had ever at any restaurant, and the presentation beautiful! This restaurant could give lessons on how to be catering to their patrons and should be incredibly proud and happy with their staff because they are amazing! The price point is average for such quality food and the portion size that you're given! I would highly recommend this restaurant, highly recommend you check it out! The casino was super super clean, with such an array of games to play there is no way anyone could get bored there! This was one of the best experiences I've had at the ocean shore area/Quinaut beach area! I am grateful and thankful that we have such a beautiful place to live and enjoy great quality and service such as Emily's restaurant, and the Quinault casino!

Better than expected. No smoke inside. Mask policy was in effect. Snack bar had a garden burger available that was pretty good. But I was disappointed the buffet was closed. I got out with a decent profit, but I couldn't drag my dad out before he wasted every penny. Overall good experience. But of course it's a casino, so take it with a grain of salt.

We stopped by for breakfast Sunday morning. The service was terrible while the food was very good. The four of us waited 15-minutes to be served coffee. The server took our orders no problem and it was another 45-minutes for our food to arrive. I know they were busy but management should have anticipated the need to be properly staffed. The gentleman that brought our water concerned us as when he set the water on the table with his fingers on the rim of the glasses. We didn't drink the water! We asked three time for silverware until my wife had to get the silver for us. I asked for milk with my meal and after asking for it three times I asked the server to cancel the order as I was almost done eating. The server was very nice and she tried hard but she was clearly overwhelmed and under trained! After thinking about the experience this week I've decided this was clearly the fault of management! Poor training, no oversight by a manager whatsoever! We will be back and we hope that management will have properly trained their people.

Probably could pay a spa fee....you'd have access to the saunas too....check the spa listings on their site.
I take my kid, yes. She can't go in the casino area, but if we are going out to the beach or go into town, it's just fine. Emily's is kid friendly and there is an indoor swimming pool. Also, the shuttle will not take my 5-year-old even with a booster seat that she rides in in the car.
Yes they gave a restaurant serving all meals
Yes, they have both in the pool area. However, I suggest calling first to verify if their open yet due to covid. No valet or bellman are available since covid.
No you don't get points for your birthday casinos don't that
I am not sure about the hotel but there were people in tje casino with service dogs.
Yes, up to 14 days.
I believe they do
I am not sure.
Yes
They have a non smoking area for slots, not sure about poker.
There is not as many as usual because of the construction but for this time of year there is plenty of RV spaces available.
You have to be 21 at QBR. Lucky Eagle has an area in their hotel lobby that 18 year olds can play at.
Call them directly but you'll pay more for an ocean view
In
They still don't have room service, and the buffet is still closed. There is Emily's restaurant, but the wait for a table is often more than a half hour.
There is an rv park as you come into ocean shores instead of going left into ocean shores go straight you won't miss it and it's a short walk to the ocean .
Can't smoke inside. Can smoke outside the front doors in the smoking area
I dont now for sure bad i belive have left the people to do in the bich
The floor is not real big but I've seen lots of people getting down there! And they have a different band every weekend
Not in any of the rooms I've stayed in

I think its open from 7am to 10 or 11 pm
No. They do have a 2.99 2 eggs, breakfast potatoes, bacon or sausage with toast
48 hours cancelation policy. Check with the hotel staff for details.

Learn statistical theory. Quit gambling.
There is No "POKER Room" however there are several tables of 'Black Jack' and Texas Holdem" ect. ALL Up the middle of the casino. They also have roulette & a craps table!! Good Luck
They have a potty area for pets to do their deed so I'm assuming yeah but I would call and make sure!
Yeah I was there about a month ago
I don't think they have a time limit. Front desk at the hotel books and takes in the fees when there is one.
No idea call them i found them very friendly
I would think all their rooms accommodate each person's needs. I believe every room comes with a shower or tub depending on the upgrade of each room.
Im not really sure on that my kidos are grown up i can find out for you though
Right now it's all you can eat crab for 29.95. And you can add lobster to any meal for 9.
I believe you have to book a room to get access first but I may be wrong
On that question I do not know at all
Don't know. Call Quinault.
Not even!!!! Half the machines are missing , areas with plastic in front of them. I was there a week ago. New buffet opened and restaurants are open.
They might but they are renovating so a lot of things that are normally there are not right now. My suggestion would be to call the casino and ask before you go.
Alot of times yes we have been able to check in before 4 pm..alot of times as early as 2 pm
reservations are highly reccommended. its one of the most popular buffets. just call and they can reserve your seats
We used the door at the end of the hall from the pool.look to the right as you walk away from the building, always take a coat, can get windy.
I really don't know. Give the resort a call, they always like to help

The law says that an actual service animal can't be denied. Comfort animals typically can't be denied either though they may require a doctor's note.
Yes but again, not much to them. A great place to stay and relax. Jerry Graham
They have one in the hotel, it's like the executive suite. States "call for prices" so too expensive.
I am sorry. I don't know. We took advantage of their prime rib dinner and the breakfast special. Very good for the price.
11 on Friday and Saturday
It will reopen when they finish remodeling and some new gaming options
