18yr olds can play the slots inside the Lucky Eagle hotel lobby. They have 2 or 3 rooms, a variety to choose from. Every casino I've been in you must be 21 to enter. Ive been to a variety in western washington, and a couple on the oregon coast. Probably so they can freely serve alcohol in the gaming areas.
Patrons must be 21 to gamble, as we do serve alcohol in the casino.
It is my understanding that you only have to be 19 to gamble. I asked at the reception desk and that is what I was told.
