It says closes at 5pm. Does it actually close, like you can't get in? It would be nice to go for evening walks

They do have the big bars (gate) that they close at the entrance to prevent cars from entering refuge

There is a automatic gate out front, I would assume it closes at 5pm, should be able to get out if your in when they close, not 💯 on that though.
