With the warmer weather that We are having the tulips will go ahead bloom. By the end of this week and by next weekend would be a good time to visit the Garden.
I'd say next week they will be at their peak. I went yesterday and about 20-30% were blooming.
We are at peak season right now. We are close to 40% of 145,000 if not more at full bloom. We do have some tree removal going on at the great lawn but that doesn't block off anywhere close to what you will be seeing
I was there on March 13th and a good portion of the tulips were beginning to bloom. I would go within the next 7 - 10 days if at all possible.
Id say very soon, i was down there this week and they seem real close to blooming
