We ordered rwo large pizzas that were dry and over cooked and didn't have the ingredients we requested. The cheesy bread was lacking cheese and was dry. It also no sauce on the pizzas.

This used to be the best domino's in town I don't know if they were having a bad day yesterday or what, but they messed up our order and completely annihilated one of our pizzas. Supposedly they do a "quality check" but apparently not this time. I contacted customer service and all they did was offer me a "free medium 2 topping pizza". That was an insult. I had just purchased 7 LARGE pizzas from them. and 2 of them were wrong and 1 was burnt to smithereens. If you want quality checked or customer service in case something goes wrong then do not go to Domino's.

Told these employees that i wanted my winds double cooked and they don't know the meaning, nobody want white under cook chicken. Thats how you get Solomonella Poisoning. Corporate need to step in and get there stores in line.

Placed an order through the app and got a notification it was ready. When I arrived at the pick up window 20 minutes later I sat in the drive thru for 6-7 minutes before I was waited on. There were at least 3 employees working with 1 customer in the building. One employee walked by the window 3 times and looked at us but never said a word or acknowledged that we were waiting. Another employee was at the oven directly across from the window for the last half of our wait and even made eye contact and still never came to wait on us. Thankfully someone completely different came to wait on us finally. Having worked in retail I completely understand being busy and even in the middle of something but as a customer I expect to at least be acknowledged in a timely manner even if it is just to let me know that you will be with me shortly. I find my experience tonight completely unacceptable and with this not being my only unpleasant experience at this location I have to say I probably won’t be back.
