This is a local auction & owned. People donate things,put things on consignment, the Auction itself will bring in Discontinued Furniture,of all types,new & used. Antiques from a house being cleaned out. There are auctions for men,only... meaning tools,bldg.materials,tile,paint,lumber,windows ,doors,lawnmowers,tractors,hammocks,patio furniture,the list goes on & on...... Something for everyone. They do boxes of stuff,lined up outside,then they will do furniture,washers,dryers stuff inside,beginning around 7 PM. Outside around 4:00 or 4:30. So,these are usually on Mondays. Sometimes every other,Monday. It's HOT in the summer so dress cool. There is a food truck,on sight. Snacks,nachos,chili pie,stuff like that.A drink machine & a public restroom. Not a great place for young children,nothing to do.

Left there feeling like I was just robbed. No one explained anything when dropping off and I had no idea you could put a reserve on Things. I made more money off of one bed on swapshop then I did off a trailer load to the auction. I recommend attempting to sell your stuff on swap shops and making this a last resort.
