Both Huts in Hot Springs Ar. usually (rarely have they ever messed up) prepare the food just as ordered .For the cost and convenience they really make delicious pizza. Thanks Pizza Hut Team

Did not have enough sauce on it, had to order extra sauce just to get it like a regular pizza should be. Customer service wasn't very good had to take the pizza back he said he made it by the measurements and I've had pizza there before that was delicious had enough sauce good this one did not

I placed a curbside order and drove to Pizza Hut. I had 4 minutes left until the app said it was done. After I got the notification that it was done, I waited 10 minutes and then called to check on my order. She told me they only had two pizzas done and just put the third one in the oven. I waited almost half an hour on the third pizza and called them again. She told me that they were about to have her call me to see if I was still going to pick up my order. I WAS THERE FOR 45 MINUTES WAITING!!!!!! I told her that and she apologized and said they were getting it ready. About 5 minutes later my food was brought out and my food wasn’t hot, it was barely warm. The person who brought me my food didn’t say a single word, did t apologize, offer a discount, a dessert or anything. This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever ordered from. 👎🏼👎🏼
