The headboard looked like it was scratched by a pack of dogs, the bathroom looked as if it hadn’t been mopped in weeks or more. When I closed then opened the shower curtain a wash rag fell from the top of it that had been used. The tiles in the bathroom floor were moving when I walked on them. The electricity went out in the city for approximately 6 hours. It was 102 outside that day. The managers did not offer any discount. I then asked for a later checkout since the electricity didn’t come back on until 11 pm, they gave me a extra 30 minutes after he informed me that I “pretty much had a late checkout anyway considering check out was at 12 and not 11 like other hotels” The inside pool was absolutely disgusting. Breakfast was slim to nothing. The cable in my room worked for about 2 hours then went out. Very disappointed in my stay. Only good thing was the staff was pretty friendly. And there was hot water for a shower.

The staff were lovely, that is important. However, the rooms were not great. There were stains on the curtains, the lamp shades, chunks of paint missing. The sheets were stained and had debris on them. I opened our mini fridge to put some snacks in and the food from the previous guest was still in there. For the price, I wasn't even slightly pleased. I was told they were getting a new head housekeeper or something and that is great, but honestly it doesn't mean much when I'm not even certain the room I'm staying in has been cleaned. Definitely would not stay here again. Oddly, as we were leaving another couple behind me in the hall were talking about how their room was dirty and didn't appear to have been cleaned. Yikes.

While visiting hot springs, we stayed at this hotel for 2 days, the first room we were given wasn't cleaned at all and we were given another room on the 3rd floor. The room was cleaned, but it was in poor condition. On the bright side, the ladies at the front desk were helpful and gave fast service, but on the first night we stayed, someone was smoking weed and stunk up the whole entire floor. I complained and hoped the situation would be resolved. The second/last night we stayed here, the same person was smoking weed, and the smell was so strong that we could literally smell the weed in our room at 11:00 PM at night. With this experience, I will never stay here again. If I didn't pay for the room through a third party, I would've requested my money back. The only reason I stayed here, if I'm being honest, was because I had my dog. If I didn't have this experience, I would honestly say the hotel was a 2.5 out of 5.

Positive: The coffee was good and the breakfast was decent. Pet-friendly is a plus. Negative: The furniture needs to be upgraded especially the bed and pillows. I just didn't have a very good experience here.

The hotel number can be googled
We are local and stayed there a few weeks back for 4 days. It honestly just depends on what your reason is because alot of hotels frown upon locals because it results on partying. But if it's you and your family for a legit reason and you dont cause any havoc, usually they ate pretty good about it.
If you need earlier check in they can sometimes accommodate, I would give them a call.
You can. With a credit/debit card, if i remember correctly. No boys, though!
No pet charge. I don't travel with a pet but I love seeing others bring their für babies!
