I just went on shop to have a flat fixed on my car. I bought the tires here and have road hazard that I paid extra for. They refused to even check the tire for me. I'm getting ready to go on a couple hundred mile trip leaving tonight. It is 4:25 when I went on the shop. Counter person was rude and said he would have someone look at when I came back tomorrow!!!

None of my tpms worked after I bought rims from them and they installed them. Previously no caps were on my old valve stems. When they put rims on and I picked up my truck they had caps on valve stems. I feel like they broke all tpms and put aftermarket when putting new rims on tires bc they were in hurry. Matt said it was ok to have them put on at 440 even tho they close at 530. They admitted to breaking one. They replaced it with factory and it works but other 3 don’t. Never had issue before they installed rims. Matt refused to buy new tpms sensors. Said they are tired of waisting money on truck. He called me a little boy. I asked to speak to his daddy and he said “why don’t you come up to the store and ask for my daddy” and hung up on me. I arrive and ask to speak to dad again (monte everhart) all he says is he’s out of the country on vacation and leaves at that. then he tried to pull me in his office to talk to ram dealership I said I don’t want to talk to ram I want you to buy new tpms sensors. He said no “little boy”and told me to get out. Regardless of what the issue is my truck had none of these issues prior to them putting these rims on my truck. I’ve spent lots of time and money coming back and forth to his shop and he could care less. UPDATE After buying factory tpms and installing them 250$ later at another shop the tpms is off and all the tires read fine now. I was right the whole time.

Great guys good prices they had to work hard to get my lugs off but they did it no extra thanks
