Go here if you like waiting to have your vehicle looked at (even after being told to take it in on a certain day and time) THEN, after paying you drive it home, only to realize it was never fixed. You go through the whole process again of being told the best day/time to take it in, leave your vehicle and find an alternate means of transportation. You're still put at the back of the repair list. Why should you be a priority since you already paid them? They have your money, they don't care.
