Everytime I visit Pacifica Senior Living of Vacaville, I leave feeling HAPPY. Pulling up towards the front gate, I am amazed at how the place looks. I feel like I am about to walk up to a movie set. :) why? The road leading up towards the automatic gate is lined up with tall trees on both sides. This experience gives me excitement as I continue to drive forward. I notice that the front of the building is (always) clean and that there cute plants here and there. No matter what time of day I visit, I feel relaxed knowing I will have a special spot where I can park my vehicle. As I walk towards to the front office, I am “welcomed home” by their friendly Director of First Impression (front desk reception). At times, I would get the privilege of talking to their Executive Director. In fact, I make it a priority to say “hi” each time to the “boss”. Everybody in the front office (executive director, sales, business office, front desk, wellness director, nurse, and maintenance) are very friendly. I feel that this assIsted living community is a great place for those that need the special type of care that the entire team strives to provide. Their sales, clinical, dietary, activity, and caregiving services are instrumental in providing a haven to those that either need or want it. I encourage you to visit them and prepare to be amazed. But, if you cannot make it in person, call them. You will be greeted with “Welcome home to Pacifica Senior Living..how may I help you?”

I have seen nothing good to write about the care is very scarce, the food is gross and alway cold and if you need help eating it, well then you are not going to eat and the outside courtyard no supervision, I watched a woman get pushed down , got a broken hip , i saw it coming but the staff just doesn't pay attention , way understaffed for the number of patients, I find it very scary and if you get what you pay for, then it must be very inexpensive

The staff is wonderful and so caring! The courtyard sets a beautiful scene for relaxing and soaking up the sun. What a lovely facility and such an amazing contribution to Vacaville. It’s no wonder they ranked number 1 for 2021!

Pacifica Senior Living-Vacaville is no doubt one of the places I would highly recommend for your loved ones! Not only do they have an amazing care team. Who not only love the residents they take care of, but they also go out of their ways to make sure that the family members are feeling just as welcomed into their community as well. Thank you for providing our loved ones with a clean, safe and comfortable community full of individuals who care and value the importance of enriched activities for their residents.
