My negative experience started when I called to set up an appointment, and turns out it was answered at the call center (?), and whoever took my appointment didn't register it in the system. They also just assumed I was going in for braces, when I just wanted a teeth cleaning. I show up, there is no appointment for me. Fast forward a week, I get a call to again confirm my orthodontist appointment (which I didn't need), I explained I just wanted to see a general dentist. Finally at the appointment, the staff were very nice, everything was fine until I met the dentist (a woman). I had cavities which I understand may need deeper cleaning, but I've never had such a painful teeth cleaning experience in my life. Even with novocaine for the cavities I could feel her digging into my teeth so hard I winced many times. For the cavities I could feel her drilling into my teeth, it was truly the worst dentist experience I've ever had. I don't ever want to have this dentist work on my teeth ever again.

Terrible experience with the receptionist. My appointment got canceled multiple times with no fault of mine. Definetely do not recommend this place. The doctors and the staff is great but the receptionists are very rude and have serious communication issues. Its too hard to get into for an appointment because of wait times. They are unorganized and have total disregard for patients valuable time.

Everyone is nice. They had a lot to get done on me and they moved really fast and got it going. Now that I've been coming here a while I see a difference. Long waiting times sometimes over an hour from appointment times. People acting busy or they way over book at the same times. It's like you have to clear your whole day just in case. Some people don't have time for that.

Appointment for my two kids was at 12. My youngest got seen 1.5 hours later. At the 2 hour wait my son was finally called in for X-rays and still waited another 20 mins. We left. Never going back again. My daughter didn’t even get a basic cleaning.

I agree .. apart from the bad service they charge the patient and the insurance company .. that mentioned manager Perla unfortunately only cares about production for the dental clinic
