i bought an I Phone from Verizon and i bought a sim card from Walmart. I tried to activate it but it refused. WHY IS IT DOING THIS?!?

Call Verizon customer Service. Then take your phone to an Apple store.

As far i know Verizon phones don't take any sim, they can be activated by the phone imei number, so simply just call Verizon customer service.
