I need to rent a car at the airport. Will I need to take a shuttle to pick it up? My Mom will be with me and is handicapped. Does the shuttle have a lift? She is not in a wheelchair but cannot lift her legs onto high steps. Thank you?

The is a tram that takes you to the rental car center. There are elevators that will take you to any level you need with no requirement for taking steps.
