NEW PATIENT APPOINTMENT.... The scheduling team sucks, Maria schedule me for an appointment to see a doctor that was scheduled off. Its a shame how they have you waste your time to drive here and the doctor your assigned to is not even in office. WASTE OF GAS WASTE OF TIME. The nice lady at the front desk was kind enough to find me an appointment that fit my schedule and when the doctor was going to be in.

Worse customer service at this location. They tell you they that they have walkin for emergency dental at 7:30 am then you get there and they don't know until 8 a.m if they will take walkins and if they do you may have to spend your entire day there until they've seen all of their appointments. They are really unprofessional.

Only giving two stars because they did what they could to accommodate for the situation. My walk in was mislabeled and was being told to leave to the ER when i already came from the ER. No one really listened to us and our situation was heard from our room with the door closed and after finally seeing who I needed to see, I was just brushed off as having stomach issues during pregnancy. Wasted my time, ER did more during my visit with them then here. They honestly didn't care. Canceling my appointment t with them and heading back to my previous location 40 min away.
