You realize you are in the southern most state, there's really only one direction to go. Sell that place and move to Oldsmar or Town & Country.
I don't know when they will be doing that I don't live there I just stopped in for a few minutes and that was that but I think that you should contact your city council and see what they can do for you in that matter I hope that helps
