"TENS (Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation) units are allowed in both carry-on and checked bags. If your doctor has told you that your specific TENS unit shouldn't go through an X-ray, you should notify the TSA officer so they can conduct alternate screening. To help you get through security more efficiently, remove your TENS unit from your carry-on bag and put it in the screening bin so the TSA officer can get a clear view of it." https://www.tsa.gov/travel/security-screening/whatcanibring/items/tens-unit

Usually, you can. Just be sure to have the proper credentials and certifications claiming that you need to have this medical device with you at all times, so Security can let you access the Terminal and board the plane without confiscating your medical device.

You can get a pat down rather than go thru cray doorway. I always get Pat down as do not want to be exposed to EMF frequencies as we get enough. I only wish 5G was not coming because that's going to devastate the population numerous health diseases
