Can someone please help me understand what the point is of having an app where you can order ahead if no one freaking pays attention to it?! 2 orders of crazy bread. That's all we wanted. First of all, isn't that supposed to be "hot and ready" anyway? Secondly, why is it that when we show up to get our order after the time we're told it is ready, it's not loaded in the Pizza Portal? And why when we inquire to staff are we always met with puzzled stares like we just asked about quantum physics? I just... Don't understand. Help it make sense. If my son wasn't addicted to these freaking bread sticks, I would literally never give this place my money.

I want everyone to know that Kelly is one of my favorite people of all time. I personally noticed their kitcben is extremely tidy and the entire staff was very friendly and professional. Out of all of the little Caesars ive been to this one will forever be my favorite.

I'm never going back to this store again! The manager is a little punk! My pizza and bread sticks were raw! And when I brought it back! He wouldn't replace it because my kid ate a peice. So there was a peice missing! I still brought most of it back and he still treated me like I was trying to get a free pizza or something! I don't think that kid should be in management if he gonna treat paying customers like that!

I ordered a lunch combo. Just cheese and waited the extra ten minutes for it to be cooked the second bite was raw dough, if my lunch break wasn't over I would go return it. Unfortunately this chain keeps getting new staff and new management and they still put out raw pizza. I will not be going back.
