No, you do not get to feed the wild animals, with the exception that if you happen to be in the right place at the right time, the park rangers will allow you to throw frozen fish to the pelicans when they feed them.

No. You have to stay in your vechicles as you drive through. There is a petting zoo with goats. I don't remember if you can feed them though.
