Do you need to be a guest of the hotel to utilize the spa?

Really don't know. They was booked up the whole weekend. So, we didn't get a chance to go

I don't know but I'm sure a phone call to the hotel would tell you quickly. The hotel was not terribly busy when we were there. I imagine they welcome customers from outside.
