The carts for baggage were all gone. The concierge gentleman went and got me a cart. I really appreciated him. Breakfast buffet was not as good as it used to be, namely No pancake or French toast options. Biscuits were not same quality as before. Eggs on the buffet bar were definitely sub par. They do still do omelette to order with good variety and amount of toppings and real eggs. Fresh cantaloupe was good. Kid friendly, cereal and yogurt available. Pool water looked gross and there were pieces of a shoe floating in it. It smelled strong but did not bother my eyes like regular chlorine. It was large and nice seating and towels available.

We are an Embassy family and stayed at many. This one was the best. Very clean, rooms were perfect, breakfast was spot on. Only complaint is the Happy Hour staff on Saturday night. The gentlemen was very nice and polite but the 2 ladies were kinda down. The older lady was flat out rude trying to get myself and my boyfriend a drink. Was told I could only get 1. Went back to the guy and got both. Other than that incident great and will be back

Our room was a bit old and beat up, but the service was above and beyond. The complimentary breakfast was delicious every morning, and the servers cooking the omelettes were happy and got the orders just right. The complimentary happy hour was a nice touch every evening. The three bartenders were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The staff was very professional and friendly. It was so nice having a separate sitting room from the bedroom. I also liked the layout of the hotel. It has a huge inner courtyard where you can go and hang out with friends. The breakfast was comprised of a variety of options- eggs, bacon, pancakes, yogurt, oatmeal, fruit, etc. i would definitely stay here again!
