Does it cost to get in?

I went to this park at the beginning of spring 2018 and there was trash all over the north end of the park and I'm not talking about just paper here or there. I'm referring to the truck loads of what looks like a city dump. When I returned this fall, it is still there. Why don't the people that use this park speak up? This is a park for everyone and abused by the few. It's obvious the cith of Pontiac (governing body don't care. The major is only worried about selling out the citizens by selling of the land for dirt cheap. Major Waterman needs to Go.
