There is a fair amount in the beginning and before the last zipline. There are two stretches actually that are pretty steep but one of them has a rope to help you go up. They are ADA certifird however so if you have concerns about walking I'd call them and they may be able to help find a solution.
Yes. One stretch is pretty steep but not short. My 10 year old cousin and 72 year old aunt make the hikes. My aunt struggled on the steep one but made it and was glad she did.
