The people running that store care more about looking good than providing good service. 10 year costumer, needed a new phone, got all the slick add on treatment, then I got hit with all the little and not so little fees that you’d think we’d be passed by now.

Thomas gave supreme customer service while I visited the store. He was by himself and navigated a store full of people, including one blustery guy who kept getting frustrated (he did not listen to any instructions) yet Thomas very patiently kept explaining things to him until his phone worked. It was the most rewarding customer experience I've had in years

I was in to get 3 new iPhones and although I went in a little late I received great customer service. Seth was incredibly helpful and got the process along nicely. Although there were a couple hiccups, he was able to handle all of the problems and still get me out in a timely manner. Would recommend in the future.
