We had a great experience at Garrison's. Cody, who helped us, was the perfect sales person. He introduced himself and then let us have space to browse. When we came upon something we were interested in he proceeded to research all the information he could, including the manufacturer, the mechanics and the history, to help us make our decision. He sensed when it was appropriate to give us space to make our decision in private and then finished our purchase with simple and thorough information about pick-up and delivery. Garrisons is an excellent store with fine furniture. We will definitely be back again.

It was especially fun to work with him when deciding on the pillows and fabric options. He was patient, caring, honest and has exceptionally good taste. He let me take the lead in making choices but would offer helpful feedback in my decision making. He helped me make the best economic decisions for my budget and needs. I will continue to return to Garrison's because of such a positive experience. Now I just can't wait to have the couch delivered.

From the moment we walked in the door, everyone has been amazing. We had to order our new bed and the follow up was very consistent, even with all the manufacturing delays. We’ve experienced their service department a couple times from Delivery to warranty and everyone is so accommodating and nice. Brian….you have an awesome staff and run a wonderful, caring business. My husband and I have been so impressed with the service we were given at Garrison's. Our salesman, Evan, talked us into Opps I mean helped us buy some new furniture for our new house. We are so happy we bought it and Evan was professional and full of good ideas. David, in the clearance center went beyond the call of duty to get us furniture at great prices. Garrison's does business the way it should be done. Make the customer happy. We are happy and spent a bunch of money. We aren't done furniture shopping yet and will be back in the showroom!
