The post office itself is clean and neat little upset that they removed the self-serve postage machine as far as the postal carriers I don’t know about any of them except the ones that deliver the mail to me I have a very small mailbox it’s out on the corner three houses down I’m handicapped and I can’t get to it every day every other day maybe every third day and I get meds from the VA in the mail and you had to see how they come I swear they had an elephant set on him there’s smashed crunched bottles are smashed pills are smashed I can’t use half of them and I have to return them to the VA to get another refill this is getting ridiculous I’ve asked them to please use the great big boxes with the key lock just keep putting my mail in there if they have to but stop stuffing the box!!!!!!

I am leaving a better review simply because after speaking with them about the delivery issue they were happy to investigate and sort out the issue and my "lost" package was found and delivered the next day...

House sells. Mail suddenly showed up to house under new names and the carrier took it upon themselves to return everything to sender. Office claims this is normal because the previous resident set up a mail forward and tagged the house as vacant. Never had this problem before; multiple rental properties elsewhere still get mail for tons of past residents whose forwards expired. USPS web page states a location will be marked vacant after 90 days of mail not picked up. Home is right next to the box, obviously occupied, for sale sign gone, mail dutifully picked up. Dont expect a high level of critical thinking from this branch or its carriers.

Why is this office not open at least a partial day on Saturday? Those of us work very early hours and long days, how are we suppose to take care of our mail? I also get notices that mail packages are delivered but aren’t. I have told them repeatedly to leave packages in a silver trash can located by my gate and they can’t get that right. However the post master went out of his way to find a package that was forwarded to Eureka, that was great customer service.

I suggest a locking mail box if you are having theft, that's terrible! Get a Fort Knox box.
