never ever have I been treated so horribly by a PA let alone a person! I have been with nova spine for a very long time, I left after the constant turn over of Dr.’s and PA’s Shelly Hartford makes false accusations, doesn’t listen to my needs at all. Accusing me over and over of stuff I had explanation for. I begged her to speak with my dr’s to back up I was not a Liar. I have several health issues which was not asked about my overall health. I Had posted a five star review a few months back and hopefully mo removed the post because once again Dr Grace has also left the practice
