The volunteers are always courteous and I'm treated with respect which is difficult to find when you're homeless. They are always there when I haven't had a hot meal in a while.

HORRIBLE SERVICE ! I went yesterday for an emergency food box at 5:30 it was still open I spoke to Melinda the manager there she gave me a food box with 10 cans of cream corn and mixed veggies, 2 bags of rice WITH MAGGOTS! And she said you come at this time this is what u get... The food I got was beyond the expiration date. I used to volunteer there and because of actions like these i volunteer elsewhere. So you guys lost a good volunteer.

Dinner is served at 4:30 7 days a week
Sorry you guys are both wrong. They are open on Sundays. I know bevau s e i eat there. The start serving dinner at 4:30 all week long. Amd they usially habe the yard open for the homeless to habe a place ro go so the police dont harrasss them, which i might add is one of their most favorit things to do. The poloce in Phoenox are really mean and rude to the homeless they do really mean things and are constantly talkimg down to us. Ive seen them kick a sleepomg man who was doing nothimg more than sleeping on a sidewalk. Ill say this, tje homeless epidemic is not going to just go away. If people dont start trying to figure out a solution to this problem other than trying to be as mean as possible and e un them off then its going to only get worse. But who am o just another homeless peice of s.... Whp doesent know anything right.
They'll help you get an ID.... I believe you'll need an ID to receive any Confidential mail & yes they still do passes. FYI -- If you're employed, you can get a 30 day pass after giving proof of employment; check stub or schedule I believe.

Yes as a current employee and former security officer that worked there and did other duties I can say we do offer bus passes but they are first come first serve. Also we have clothing closet that is available Tuesday thru Friday around our lunch and dinner hours. Outside of these days we the staff and volunteers will do our Best to accommodate your situation.
