False advertising and discrimination. I got hired over the weekend I completed 17 modules successfully. They didn't tell me training pay was $12.80 until after I got hired. Today was my last day in person training which is only one day of in person training. I got a call from Clinton or Clayton who hired me called me 2 hours before my orientation to tell me that they didn't have any shifts for night shift. Which on there website they clearly stated they have overnights available. I would not recommend this company to others to work with. Super unprofessional and I know they judge me for my background. When I have my fingerprint clearance card.

When I moved from California, I found HCA. I thought I only needed care once a week, but having Deleene here twice a week has gotten me out of my home and to be more social. I enjoy her company and her hard work. I want to stay in my house until I'm not here and HCA is here to help.

Jeff and Clayton have been wonderful working with my grandmother. Cynthia is our care professional and she is absolutely amazing. She is patient, attentive and kind which is exactly what my grandmother needs in this time of her life. My grandmother fell ill about six months after the death of my grandfather and she desperately wants to stay in her home; although she needs more hands on assistance than she is wiling to admit. Cynthia has been able to give my grandmother that extra help while allowing her to maintain her dignity, sense of independence and purpose.

Jeff and Clayton are just wonderful and very caring. I've had only good experiences with Home Care Assistance. Having a caregiver to take me places and prepare meals is really awesome. I can't say enough about Carmen either. She takes me to work out three times a week at the Senior Center. After four years she really is like a family to me.
