FedEx SmartPost

Package arrived at LA facility and that's the end of it. Showing delivery pending for 10 days now. Had anyone have similar situations and package got scanned again somehow? Better late than never right? FedEx should seriously deal w/ the theft issue. The worst part is I called them, and FedEx tell me straight they WON'T reimburse or look into the packages using Smart Post service.

The absolute worst shipping method. Avoid at all costs. Like others have stated, package stays “in transit” for days and days. My latest package- estimated delivery was 6/16 but then changed to “pending” until I called FedEx on 6/24 where then it finally “updated” and it had arrived to LA and the delivery date changing to 6/26, which is today. Well… lo and behold! It’s still not here! It’s been sitting at the LA facility since the 24th and has “departed” and is currently “in transit” again. Sigh. I hope businesses stop utilizing FedEx smartpost. No issues with UPS smartpost (this far) though.

Please do not let anybody send you anything through FedEx smart post. Just because it says smart doesn't mean its the best way to go. My package has been at smart post chino sitting for a week now. WoW "very disappointed". Pass the word on and do not use FedEx smart post Chino. Use regular USPS less stressful.

I have a job here, I love it, I like the twighlight shift managers. I work in twilight. The managers from twilight are nice. I love working at FedEx. I got a opportunity to work there. I do things correctly and it's fun to work at FedEx I'm twilight. There is a lot of people that are nice and some are mean. I love it there. People get treated nice. Thank you FedEx smartpost.
