I've known Mr. Kim since I was a little kid (hence Mr. Kim) but Thomas Lim has been my point of contact since I was old enough to have my own accounts. I've been through 3 car accidents, 6 cars, 5 apartments, 2 homes and 3 life insurance accounts with him and he's been the best advisor, council and friend I could want from an insurance agent. Yes - there are a few cheaper companies out there, but every time I got the quotes and talked to other people, I was reminded of how helpful, kind and trustworthy Thomas is and haven't been able to leave him :) His advice and recommendations are always on point.
