I do not normally do reviews but their service was so aweful that I decided to do one. When I initially spoke with customer service on the phone they were nice and polite. Customer service then connected me to a technician who gave me an estimated Price and time that seemed reasonable. The estimated time for a technician to arrive at my house was between 25 and 30 minutes at which point I had to leave work. After an hour passed by I got nervous that the technician may not be coming. I then called him back and asked how much longer it would take which he said he had to unlock 1 car before coming to my house. More then 2 hours later I called back again and the technician said he would be arriving soon but was unable to specify how much longer. I originally advised my boss I should only be gone for about an hour due to the estimated time of arrival being 30 minutes. I then canceled service and contacted another locksmith who gave me an estimated time and better price which was accurate. Moral of the story, do not use this location unless you have a lot of free time and don’t want them to show up. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
