I came into the store because I didn't know how to set up my phone. Russ took the time to sit down with me and transfer all my info to my new phone. I had a bad experience once I lost all my pictures russ did not let this happen and got everything transferred for me.

Someone using this store illegally purchased three cell phones using my AT&T account what type of security protocols do you have at your store that you allow such a fraudulent act to occur. And today you had the nerve to send me a survey asking how I enjoyed your service. you allowed someone to charge $3000 against my account how do you think I feel about your service. According to the email receipt I received the sales rep was Macro Jamison.
