I ordered a large pizza with mushrooms,black olives, and pepperoni, and barbecue wings. The food was great, the pizza crust and size of the slices was impeccable. The cheese was long thick and stringy ..... The wings were big juicy and very tasty. I will definitely return

I ordered a pizza online through the slice app. Tells me that my pizza will be delivered by 7:19p. 8pm I'm still waiting, so I call and they tell me that they don't know how it happened but they missed the order. And I can wait another 30 minutes and they'll deliver my pizza and slice will credit me $10... No thanks! Cancel my order and reimburse my money to my card... Been ordering from Gaetanos for 20 years... And this was the last time...

My husband and I order Grandma’s pie here every Friday… best we’ve ever had!!! Val and all the girls are great and always a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this place!!

We have a pizza place a block and a half from our home yet we order here and today I’m extremely disappointed. We are sitting our friends children and all they wanted was pizza. We ordered here because we have faith in this place, the pizza comes and it’s under done and the cheese is sliding all over the place. My husband calls about it and they apologized and say they’ll send out another set of pizzas “right away”. It has been over an hour since that call and still no replacements. By the time these children eat it will be bed time and my husband will be furious. Actually already is. This is the last time we will ever order from here. If you don’t want to replace them then say so and we could have ordered from elsewhere. If you tell a customer right away then do so right away and know the definition of the terms you use. I will from now on be ordering from a pick up place only that is located 3 towns over and it will be more convenient then here. Menu has officially been thrown out.
