My favorite pet store and my regular pet store. All the workers are extremely nice and helpful and have such great memory. When I arrive the workers will already know what I need. All of the animals look very well taken care of every time I'm in there except sometimes the chameleons cages can be overlooked or set up wrong. Still no place can be perfect we are all human and I will continue to use this pet store as my go-to

Everything was fine, except I had ordered enough of (available in Brooklawn) items to get the 15% discount for pickups over $50. One of my items was apparently out of stock, but the Petco app didn't tell me (like it did for other items that were out of stock). When I looked in my bag, the item was missing, and there was no invoice, receipt, note, or picking ticket to let me know why it was missing. I returned to the store, thinking it had been left out of the bag. The nice clerk had me check the app which (now) said quantity zero for that item, and she showed me the shelf where it was out of stock. If I had known it was out I would have ordered more items on the app to get the discount.

I brought my fur baby for the first time to get his nails trimmed by someone else other than me and he was super anxious. But, Stacey introduced herself to my pup and he was still super nervous so she carried him in, gently put on the table and put the straps on so he doesn't run off the table and buffed his nails. Which made me feel very comfortable on how accommodating she was with him instead of trying to pull him inside. I really appreciate that I can see him in his session with her. I know it will take time for him to get used to someone else cutting his nails but my eyes and back are getting worse and I feel comfortable knowing how kind Stacey was with him so I will be bringing him back here in the future. Thank you again Stacey!

We have a 5 pack of dachshunds. With 5 it is a job to keep them all groomed with nails trimmed. 3 don't mind me trimming their nails at all. I can trim 3 in about 5 minutes. 2 are a problem with 1 that HATES it. He turns into a squirmy beast. You don't get how strong a 18 pound dog can be when he is so motivated. I took Pickles to the Brooklawn Petco on 6-25-21. He mostly sat letting the groomer do the nail trim. But the BEST part I did not notice is the tech somehow sanded the nails smooth! That was by far the best nail trim he has ever had. 2 thumbs way up. Previous visits getting Stella brushed out and nails trimmed were excellent as well. Admittedly I would not leave my dog at ANY groomer but I am standing right there watching the whole time. The 2 groomer techs I have met at Brooklawn are nice. They both did a great job.
