I would imagine that they can. I was told by one of the awesome mechanics there that they fixed a wheel on a wheelchair for someone. I have found the mechanics to be very knowledgeable and think they should be able to help.
Hi Debbie, is it possible to bring the bike to the shop to have our service area take a look? If that's tough to do, the Kent company has been out of business for a while so it may be tough to get a replacement part. We're happy to take a look otherwise! Thanks!
