Very goopy, very messy burgers. Pretty good, but I prefer wagon wheel. I just wish wagon wheel wouldn't burn their patties so much. Crinkle cut fries at Big Tom's were okay, nothing to write home about. I need to try the fish and chips as they looked good, maybe that will add another star when I try them. Burger was a little sad and soggy honestly but the place itself is super old school and cool. I'll go back for that at the very least.

Great burger joint vibes! Generous portions on the fries and tater tots. Huge selection of shakes. A solid option for dining with kids or the squad. Prices are a little premium for fast food.

We love Eastside Big Toms! Our food is always delicious, so many options for our shake flavors, & the best goop. The real topper for us is the incredible amount of care they put into all the dinosaurs & decor! My 4 year old absolutely loves visiting the dinosaurs & now says “thanks for being so fun” to them, even when we are just driving by. Thanks for always giving us a great experience!

What a Gem this place is. Very unique shack. I’m from California and I found it hard to find a good burger up here but this place is top notch on taste, quality and size. I will be back many more times. Great Biz model drive up lunch and a good one at that. They are famous for their sauce they call goop. A must try place believe me. No done in but fantastic service to your car and much quicker than many restaurants I have been to.

While technically correct, thank you Troy, we’ll be sure to double your bacon next visit, Goop is also: mayo, salad dressing, yellow mustard, and sweet pickle relish. It used to be a secret, but it’s been 72 years now, and a lot of employees later, so it’s just easier to spill the beans. Plus, with the labeling laws, it’s also just a smidge against several regulations not to tell people what’s in the stuff you’re serving them. And, of course, I’ve always been terrible at keeping secrets, so this is just easier. 😀
Yes we do. Thanks for the question. I’ll get that snuck in on the page.
All of the employees wear masks and gloves as they take and deliver your order at your car window.
Why would you ask that I'm in Olympia Washington
They don't, but Puget Sound 2 Go will deliver Big Tom's and over 100 other local restaurants to your home or office.
I don't know but one day when I stopped in ice cream cones were free.
