I came in with a flat rear tire from me attempting to change out my winter tires for summer tires, puncturing the inner tube in the process. I was a bit gun-shy to try and fix it myself, so I brought it in for some help. The person who helped me was understanding and calm, and easily took off the rear tire and checked the front tire for me as well. The shop's credit system was down temporarily, so I had to run to get some cash from an ATM while he replaced the inner tube for me. When I got back, he checked everything again and informed me of the Ride And Wrench classes they host to teach more about how to conduct basic maintenance on your bike. All in all, I enjoy this shop's consistent knowledge and patience for everyone who comes into the shop, and the fair prices for assistance and products.

The staff is friendly and very helpful! They seem to really care about making sure you get a bike that fits you perfectly! I never felt rushed or pressured to buy. It truly was one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in some time! Check them out you won’t regret it!

The staff are VERY knowledgeable, if you make a purchase with your bike in shop, they will install the parts on the spot and explain the benefits compared to the other similar parts. They have a variety of top quality items, (you will pay for that quality so if you're looking to buy on a budget keep that in mind). The helmet I bought comes with a free 1 year crash warranty, has magnetic chin straps, a gopro attachment, and is very lightweight! I will definitely be coming back here for all my biking needs! We have sanitizer & masks at entry. Spacing 6 feet apart and counting the # of people allowed in store at one time. Safety of our customers and employees is our #1 priority!

I would imagine that they can. I was told by one of the awesome mechanics there that they fixed a wheel on a wheelchair for someone. I have found the mechanics to be very knowledgeable and think they should be able to help.
