I'd say probably a half hour or 45 mins at the most.....but that depends on the size of your group and how much time you spend looking at the amazing scenery.....
The hike up the steps is steep and slippery. You walk across the top of the rock, which isn't wide in some spots. The climb down, if you don't turn around and take the wooden steps, is slippery and very uneven. The whole hike is short, half mile. Maybe. It is more about the view.
To walk around the whole park and the hiking trail on top of the rock, takes about an hour. But I recommend packing a picnic, spending a little extra time taking it all in. It's worth it!!
It's not that long of a loop, probably slightly more than a half mile.
