Bangor Village Park

An unexpected fine. New to the area so we decided to walk the bike trail from West Salem and found this park in Bangor. Clean, well kept, old train bridge, and a playground. Will be bringing the grandchildren here for picnics. We biked the trail yesterday morning and it was great. Smooth path, farms to view, birds to listen too.

One of our favorite parks! The little creek running through is absolutely picturesque, and from what I hear has decent fishing. Fun play structures (sand base for digging) for the kiddos and a really nice shelter with a good capacity for bigger events. Overall, just a super fun place!

We had friends from out of town with us.. They were all very surprised to se so many activities going on. We were let down when had NO chicken. No excuses but it can be done...There are numerous other things that should have been done.

Rode through Bangor from LaCrosse to the Dells or the bike trail. Very cool park with a vintage tank and helicopter. Wasn’t expecting the unique attraction. Awesome surprise!
