Very spotty cell service, comes and goes. Best place to turn off the devices and let the beauty of the surroundings take over.
While hiking the mountain you may have to search for service as you walk, I don't think it's available the whole hike.

At the beach for sure, i also had a good signal in parts of lower campground by path to beach.

I did get a cellular connection but I had to wander around the campsites near the beach to find it. One bar that would come and go, so I'd try not to move from that spot. Lol. Maybe it depends on your phone's receptivity?
