If I pull a small utility trailer (8' by 4') to Humbug is there a place to park it away from our camp site? We will have 2 cars that will take up most of our parking space.

I suggest you you Google humbug state park. Look at the campground map. It will show you the extra parking and also explain the fees.

We fit a van and a truck in our space which was one of the longer spots. We had tp pay an extra car fee of $7. Thought our son was joining us with 3rd car, and was told we would have to pay for another campsite.
