I made an appointment for that very situation and I was told you would have to call apple to have them send you a label to ship yoyr laptop to apple. Wait about a week turn around time. Be prepared to be with out a laptop. They dont change batteries at the store. You ship it out.
Only if you are one of the first people there right before they open. Otherwise be prepared for a 3-4 hour wait...
