Why don't they put chairs in front of the building for people to sit while waiting because there is always a long line. They also need a covered walkway in case of rain and the hot sun. If we have to wait make it halfway comfortable.

The real question is when they make an appointment at a specific hour they should respect that time. Lines around the building at my appointed hour was somewhat disconcerting as I am 89 years old.

I really don't know why but I think its cause they probably want to make line go by faster it wouldn't go by so fast if people are sitting outside and paying attention to there phones ( Someone Might Not Pay Attention To The Line )
