You can schedule an appointment or get in line online by going to the DPS site and choosing your location https://www.dps.texas.gov/administration/driver_licensing_control/rolodex/getinlineonline.htm But you might be able to renew your license online, by telephone, or mail if you renewed in person the last time. https://www.dps.texas.gov/DriverLicense/renewal.htm
