I ordered $90 worth or pizza + tipped them, i got home and one of my pizzas was NOT edible. The pizza was BURNT also DRY. i call in & spoke to a man over the phone, told him what was wrong with my pizza & his response was "its not burnt" then d

proceeds to sit there and tell me theres nothing wrong with the pizza, that he made it himself. The nerve of this guy tried to tell me "maybe you just dont like the pizza" SIRRRRR, SIR! Ive bought plenty of pizzas from Big Daddys and this is the FIRST time this has ever happened to me. He tells me that he will have one of his drivers send out a different pizza & wants the other pizza back...ALL IN ALL, whoever this man was should NOT be working there. If you dont know how to speak or accommodate your customers and own up to your problems nor know how to fix the situation...theres other jobs out there buddy.

Man. I'm from NY. This piza is nothing to great I go two pizzas 🍕 and paid 41 and change. I was disappointed and disgusted over average at best kinda pizza. I'd say push the envelope and get your money or free pizza
